Alec Neu is a multifamily investment advisor with Neu Real Estate Group, specialized in build-to-rent and market rate multifamily property throughout the downtown and greater Indianapolis area. That said, Alec exclusively represents private clients in both an acquisition and disposition advisory role.

Prior to this role, Alec exclusively represented and worked on market rate multifamily in excess of $250 million throughout primary and secondary Florida markets. Throughout his time in Florida, he gathered multiple sales recognition awards including CoStar Power Broker (2022/2023), Crexi Platinum Broker (2022), and a Rising Star Award (2022).
